Please tell us your name, your email address, your phone number (optional) and which playsacks you would like to borrow. 
If you are not already a member of the Toy Library, please let us know that too as our loans are available only to members. 
Membership is only £10 for a full year, for a whole family, or if you are in receipt of benefits and cannot pay £10 then membership is free.
